The hotel is in a fantastic location, near local shopping and dining spots like Zona Rosa and Kansas City International Airport. Additionally, it's just a 20-minute walk from the Tiffany Greens Golf Club, a popular spot in the city.

Friendliness of staff and wiliness to do their best to accommodate. Beautiful common area. Lovely view from above down to center. Food was good and reasonably priced at night. Breakfast, lots of variety.

Miss leading in booking about availability of WiFi. Also shortage of luggage carts. For the # of rooms definitely not enough. Check in and check out was a hassle due to this. Much time wasted waiting for a cart. When checked out didn't wait. Took 3 trips but carried all luggage down by hand.

The breakfast selection was complementary. It had good staff.

The location was great for exploring the area, with a restaurant on premises and close to Winterfest activities. The venue was conveniently situated just a 20-minute walk from the Tiffany Greens Golf Club. The service, including the shuttle to and from the airport, was enjoyable.

We arrived early and I room was ready. The staff was polite. Our room was clean and comfortable as well as large .

The breakfast...One of the chefs (female) was in such a hurry, she rushed us through the line and my omelet was not completely cooked and when I asked for a side, she told me to go to the buffet bar. The food in the buffet bar was cold. This was my only complaint.

Nothing great place

Stayed in a room with a modern bathroom that had all the necessary fixtures. 🚿 The staff here were super friendly and helped me out with any issues I had. This venue is in a fantastic spot, really close to the suburbs, the airport, and Overland Park.

Toilet did not flush well, had maintenance come but didn't fix it.,

No amenities nearby - although fine if only going to/from airport. Common areas very noisy due to atrium layout. Overall musty smell - even worse in my room which was supposedly on a premium floor. Sheets poor quality - polyester.

The rooms here are pet-friendly, clean, and have new towels, perfect for families with children with comfortable bedding.

Good location and great happy hour!

The room was so hot. We called guest services and they sent someone to fix it. Cool off a little but was not close to where we wanted it. We had it set on 60 and it got to 75. We left the hotel at 4 am because it was so hot we couldn't sleep.

The hotel was about 20 minutes away from everything we wanted to do or see while in town so that was great!

We had an issue with our kids and had to return home a day earlier than planned and the nice lady at the desk said we couldn't get a refund for the last day since we booked thru Booked.net

Great location for exploring the city with a convenient shuttle service to the airport and in a pleasant area.

The outside of the building had us a little worried, but after we walked in we were very happy that we chose this hotel! The inside is beautiful and the rooms are great too! The breakfast was so good and the staff were very friendly! Overall it was an amazing experience!

The confusing stop light situation just before the entrance takes some getting used to and the outside of the building could use some updating, but we view these as minor issues that didn't really effect our stay!
